Autopilot provides done-for-you marketing automation services for roofing contractors, including but not limited to: missed call text-back automation, estimate follow-up sequences, Google review automation, stale lead re-engagement campaigns, CRM setup, and AI-powered response systems.
Our services are built and managed on your behalf. We set up, configure, and optimize automation systems for your roofing business. You retain ownership of your business data, customer lists, and accounts at all times.
Our services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Pricing is based on the service tier you select. Current pricing ranges from $297 to $997 per month. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
By texting our business number at (260) 755-8374 or providing your phone number through our website or services, you consent to receive text messages from Autopilot Roofing Automation.
Messages may include: responses to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, service-related updates, and follow-up communications.
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not required to purchase our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that the marketing messages sent on your behalf comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We will work with you to ensure compliance, but ultimate responsibility lies with you as the business owner.
While we have seen strong results for our clients and stand behind our One Job Guarantee, individual results will vary. We do not guarantee specific revenue increases, lead volumes, or review counts. Our guarantee applies as described on our website: if you don't book at least one extra job within 30 days, we continue working at no charge until you do.
All content on our website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Autopilot Roofing Automation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Automation workflows, templates, and systems we build for your business are licensed for your use while you are an active subscriber. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your data and customer information, but custom workflow configurations remain our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopilot Roofing Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autopilot Roofing Automation, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allen County, Indiana.
